Two new ones we disovered with our last bit of cold, rainy weather: 1. Clean pennies. Give them a toothbrush and some soapy water, maybe even a bit of viniger. Let them scrub away!
2. Painting with shaving cream in the bath tub. Get a 6-hole muffin tin, put shaving cream in each hole, and then tint each with a different bit of food coloring. We've been learning how to mix colors, plus the boys love to "paint" all over the tub with it.
We recently discovered Wicky Stix. They are bendy sticks, made out of a waxy material and can be used to make all kinds of things and some come with activities. I found a couple packages at Hobby Lobby, one with bible stories and the other with other crafts.
